THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
Based on the belief that mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health are interdependent and essential to one’s well-being, I help individuals and families realize their potential for full and productive lives by caring for mind, body, and spirit. As a Christian counselor who has training and experience integrating faith into my clinical practice, I can incorporate spiritual concepts into the counseling sessions whenever requested by clients.
